Wanted. Japan is certainly a fascinating thread that unites my columns on travel, food and literature.
This country offers a wealth of cultural experiences and unique traditions that fascinate both travelers and food and literature enthusiasts.
Who knows, maybe one day I will be able to seriously create a live itinerary linked only to cuisine and literature that can thus stand out from the classic itineraries we read online.
Gastronomy in relation to travel: how important is it for you and how do you prepare your palate for the trip?
Gastronomy is extremely important for many travellers, including me. For many, the culinary experience is an integral part of discovering a new culture and its tradition.
Tasting local dishes and discovering new flavors can be a unique way to immerse yourself in the social fabric of a place and fully experience what it has to offer.
Before embarking on a trip, I like to prepare my palate in several ways. First, I try to find out about the local cuisine of the place I'm about to visit.
I read tourist guides, look for recommended restaurants and consult online reviews to get an idea of the traditional dishes and culinary specialties I would like to try.
Also, I try to expand my culinary knowledge before I leave.

I really like your project. It is certainly a different way to encourage the use of eco-sustainable hosting. I find it really beautiful and super nice to give a tree as a gift for each new hosting that is created through your portal. I also adopted a banana tree this year and receiving updates on how it grows makes me think that perhaps there is still a little hope.
In my own small way, I always try to travel by bicycle, on foot, public transport or by train to reach my final destination, I also often buy loose and local. AND’ a way to circulate the local economy and which is always good first and foremost for myself but also for nature.
