Business name: Easy Travel Hosting
Business address: 76c Gillespie Road, London N5 1LN, United Kingdom
Email: info@easytravelhosting.com
Website: https://www.easytravelhosting.com
In these Terms and Conditions, “Easy Travel Hosting”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the Easy Travel Hosting services.
“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual or organisation purchasing or using our services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of web hosting, domain registration, email hosting and related services provided by Easy Travel Hosting.
By placing an order and accepting these Terms during checkout or through another valid contractual process, you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms and Conditions also incorporate our Acceptable Use Policy, which establishes the rules governing the lawful, secure and responsible use of our services.
The agreement between Easy Travel Hosting and the Customer consists of:
- These Terms and Conditions, including the Acceptable Use Policy provisions contained herein.
- The applicable service description and order confirmation.
- The integrated Data Processing Agreement (DPA) set out in Section 24 and its Annexes, wherever Easy Travel Hosting processes personal data on behalf of the Customer.
- Any additional service-specific terms expressly agreed in writing.
The integrated Data Processing Agreement forms a binding part of the contractual relationship where applicable and does not require a separate signature, provided that these Terms have been validly accepted.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, including consumer protection or data protection legislation, that law shall take precedence.
3. Eligibility and Customer Information
Our services are available to businesses, professionals and individual consumers.
Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account or placing an order.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorised access.
Customers purchasing services on behalf of an organisation confirm that they have authority to enter into the agreement on its behalf.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.
4. Services
Easy Travel Hosting provides web hosting, email hosting, domain registration and related technical services.
The features and resources included in each service are described on our website, in the relevant hosting plan or in an individual quotation.
We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to deliver our services, including Verpex, Easy Green Hosting, Kualo, Internet.bs and other providers where appropriate.
We may modify the technical infrastructure used to deliver our services where reasonably necessary, provided that we comply with our contractual obligations and applicable law.
Services are provided for the purposes and within the technical capabilities of the purchased plan.
5. Orders and Service Activation
Orders are subject to acceptance, successful payment where required, and any necessary technical, security or fraud checks.
We reserve the right to decline orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, prohibited activities, technical incompatibility or inability to provide the requested service.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the Customer and arrange any refund due.
Service activation times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
6. Prices, Invoices and Payments
Prices are displayed on our website or specified in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
The applicable currency, billing period and taxes will be indicated during ordering or invoicing.
Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
We accept supported payment methods through Stripe, including payment cards, SEPA Direct Debit and iDEAL, where available.
Customers authorising recurring payments agree that payments may be collected automatically for subsequent billing periods until the relevant service is cancelled.
Some payment methods, including SEPA Direct Debit, may require additional processing time. A pending payment does not necessarily constitute receipt of funds.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that payments are completed successfully.
We may change renewal prices by providing reasonable advance notice and complying with any applicable consumer protection requirements.
7. Automatic Renewals
Hosting and other recurring services renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled by the Customer.
The renewal period will normally correspond to the existing billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices may be generated before the renewal date, and authorised recurring payments may be collected automatically.
Customers are responsible for managing their active services and submitting cancellation requests before the applicable renewal deadline.
We will provide information about renewals, prices and cancellation procedures, including any reminders required by applicable law.
Domain name renewals are subject to the specific provisions in Section 10.
8. Hosting Service Cancellation
Customers may submit a hosting cancellation request through their client area.
Where supported by the service, Customers may choose between two cancellation options.
Immediate Cancellation
The Customer requests termination of the service as soon as the cancellation request has been processed.
Once terminated, the hosting service becomes unavailable and associated websites, email accounts, databases and other hosted data may be permanently deleted.
End of Billing Period
The Customer requests termination at the end of the current paid billing period.
The service will normally remain available until that date, after which it will be terminated without further renewal.
Customers must submit cancellation requests in sufficient time to prevent an upcoming renewal payment.
Where an invoice has already been generated or a payment has already been initiated, the Customer should contact us to confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund.
Customers are responsible for downloading, transferring or backing up their data before termination.
The submission of a cancellation request does not necessarily result in instantaneous technical deletion of the service.
9. Hosting Refunds
Payments for hosting and other eligible services may be refunded following cancellation.
Where a refund is approved under our commercial refund policy, Easy Travel Hosting will refund the amount paid, less any non-refundable transaction processing fees actually charged by Stripe.
We do not impose an additional cancellation or administration fee unless expressly agreed in advance.
Any deduction for Stripe processing fees applies only where permitted by applicable law.
Where a Customer is entitled to a full refund under mandatory consumer protection legislation or other applicable law, the full legally required amount will be refunded without deduction of transaction processing fees.
Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Refund eligibility does not override the separate rules governing domain registrations and renewals.
10. Domain Registration, Renewal and Cancellation
Domain registration services are provided through Internet.bs and the relevant domain registries.
Domain registrations and renewals are subject to applicable registrar and registry policies, eligibility requirements and technical procedures.
We cannot guarantee that a requested domain will remain available until registration has been successfully completed.
Customers must provide accurate registrant information and maintain it as required by applicable domain registration rules.
10.1 Automatic Domain Renewals
Domain names configured for automatic renewal will be renewed unless the Customer cancels the upcoming renewal before the applicable deadline.
Domain renewal payments are due 15 days before the domain’s expiry date.
Customers wishing to prevent renewal must disable automatic renewal or submit a cancellation request before the renewal processing deadline, which occurs 15 days before expiry.
To avoid ambiguity, cancellation must be completed before renewal processing begins on that date.
Once the renewal payment has been processed and the renewal has been submitted to the registrar or registry, the renewal cannot ordinarily be reversed.
The applicable renewal fee remains payable once the renewal has become non-cancellable, subject to mandatory legal rights.
10.2 Domain Refunds
Domain registrations and completed renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registrar or registry and no longer reversible.
This restriction does not exclude any statutory cancellation, refund or other rights that may apply to the particular transaction.
10.3 Domain Expiry
If a domain is not renewed, it may expire and become unavailable.
Depending on the domain extension and registry rules, recovery may involve additional redemption fees or may no longer be possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that renewal instructions and payments are completed within the applicable deadlines.
10.4 Hosting and Domains Are Separate Services
Cancellation of a hosting service does not automatically cancel an associated domain registration or domain renewal.
Customers must manage domain renewal settings separately.
11. Late Payments, Suspension and Termination
Payment must be received by the due date stated on the invoice.
If payment has not been received by that date, Easy Travel Hosting may suspend the affected service from the due date, subject to applicable law and any legally required notice.
Suspension may interrupt access to websites, email accounts, databases and other associated services.
A suspended service may be restored once outstanding payments have been completed, provided that the service remains eligible for reactivation.
Restoration may require additional technical processing time.
Continued non-payment may result in termination of the affected service.
Where reasonably practicable, we will notify Customers before termination and provide an opportunity to resolve outstanding issues.
Suspension or termination does not extinguish outstanding payment obligations.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using the services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Customers must:
- Maintain accurate account and contact information.
- Protect account credentials.
- Keep website software and applications secure and updated.
- Maintain independent backups of important data.
- Respect the technical limits of the purchased hosting plan.
- Ensure that hosted content complies with applicable law.
- Respect intellectual property and third-party rights.
- Comply with applicable data protection requirements for websites and applications they operate.
Customers are responsible for their own website content and for the lawful processing of personal data collected through their websites.
13. Acceptable Use of Hosting Services
Hosting services must be used responsibly and must not interfere with the security, performance or availability of our infrastructure or the services of other customers.
Customers must not intentionally circumvent resource restrictions or use shared hosting resources in a manner that materially degrades server performance.
We may apply reasonable technical restrictions to protect service stability, security and fair resource allocation.
Where excessive resource usage is detected, we may contact the Customer to request corrective action or recommend a more suitable hosting plan.
14. Email Usage and Anti-Spam Policy
Email services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and anti-spam requirements.
The following technical limits apply to standard hosting email services:
- Maximum outgoing emails: 200 per hour per hosting account.
- Maximum email attachment size: 25 MB.
Email sending limits are intended to protect server performance and email delivery reputation.
Customers requiring higher sending volumes should contact us regarding suitable alternatives.
Customers must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk email in breach of applicable law.
- Use purchased, harvested or unlawfully obtained mailing lists.
- Send phishing messages or fraudulent communications.
- Forge sender identities or misleading message headers.
- Operate open mail relays.
- Circumvent sending restrictions or spam filters.
- Use our infrastructure to distribute malware through email.
Where mailing lists are used, Customers must comply with applicable consent, transparency and unsubscribe requirements.
We may temporarily restrict email sending where necessary to prevent abuse, protect IP reputation or comply with legal obligations.
15. Databases and Resource Consumption
Databases must be used in connection with the websites and applications hosted within the relevant account, unless otherwise expressly permitted.
Customers must not use shared hosting databases to operate unrelated high-load services or applications that materially interfere with server performance.
We do not impose a universal contractual limit on the number of concurrent MySQL connections through these Terms.
Actual technical limits may depend on the hosting plan, server configuration and available resources.
Where database activity causes significant performance or security problems, we may apply proportionate technical restrictions or request corrective action.
16. Processes, Scripts and Shell Access
Customers must not operate scripts, processes or applications that compromise the stability or security of shared hosting infrastructure.
Prohibited activities include:
- Fork bombs or uncontrolled process spawning.
- Cryptocurrency mining without express authorisation.
- Unauthorised background services.
- Network scanning or attacks against third-party systems.
- Attempts to bypass hosting restrictions.
- Unauthorised privilege escalation.
- Access to other customers’ files or accounts.
- Malicious or excessive automated requests.
Where SSH or shell access is provided, it must be used only for legitimate administration of the Customer’s own hosting environment.
Scheduled tasks, background processes and long-running applications are permitted only where compatible with the purchased hosting plan and server configuration.
17. Prohibited Content and Activities
Customers must not use the services to host, distribute or facilitate unlawful content or activities.
Prohibited uses include:
- Distribution of malware, ransomware or other malicious software.
- Phishing, identity theft or fraudulent schemes.
- Unauthorised access to computer systems.
- Unlawful distribution of copyrighted material.
- Hosting or distribution of content prohibited by applicable law.
- Activities designed to facilitate unlawful conduct.
- Services that threaten the security or integrity of our infrastructure.
We may investigate credible reports of abuse and take proportionate action.
Where immediate action is necessary to prevent significant harm, we may restrict access without advance notice, subject to applicable law.
18. Storage and File Hosting
Standard web hosting services are intended primarily for websites, applications, email and associated content.
Unless expressly permitted by the purchased plan, hosting accounts must not be used as:
- General-purpose remote backup repositories.
- Standalone cloud storage services.
- Public file distribution mirrors.
- Unrelated bulk file archives.
- Unauthorised file-sharing platforms.
Images, documents, audio, video and other files may be hosted where reasonably associated with the operation of the Customer’s website or application and within the resources of the purchased plan.
Temporary files, deleted items and trash folders may count towards storage usage.
Customers should not rely on trash folders or temporary storage as backup systems.
19. Website Security and Software Maintenance
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of applications installed within their hosting accounts, except where managed maintenance is expressly included in the purchased service.
This includes WordPress, themes, plugins, content management systems, third-party scripts and custom applications.
Customers should promptly install security updates and remove vulnerable, unsupported or compromised software.
If an account is compromised or presents a material security risk, we may:
- Temporarily restrict website access.
- Disable affected scripts.
- Quarantine malicious files.
- Suspend the affected service.
- Request remediation before restoring access.
We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
20. Backups and Data Recovery
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of their websites, databases, email and other important data.
Where backup services are provided, they are intended as an additional recovery measure and do not replace independent customer backups.
Backup availability, frequency and retention depend on the purchased service and the underlying infrastructure.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a service-specific agreement, we do not guarantee that every file, database, email or configuration can be recovered in every circumstance.
Following termination, hosted data may become inaccessible and may be permanently deleted.
Backup copies of terminated hosting accounts are generally intended to be removed within 30 days, subject to the applicable infrastructure arrangements, backup cycles and legal obligations.
Customers must retrieve any data they wish to retain before their hosting service is terminated.
21. Service Availability and Maintenance
We aim to provide reliable hosting services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a specific service-level agreement has been expressly agreed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Hardware or software failures.
- Network disruptions.
- Security incidents.
- Third-party infrastructure failures.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and restore affected services.
Any specific uptime guarantees or service credits must be expressly stated in the applicable service agreement.
22. Technical Support
Technical support is provided through our designated support channels.
Support covers issues within the scope of the purchased hosting or related service.
Website development, custom programming, content management, application debugging and specialised technical work may fall outside standard hosting support unless expressly included.
Customers may be required to provide relevant technical information or cooperate with troubleshooting procedures.
23. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor relevant technical information, resource usage, security events and abuse reports where necessary and lawful to protect our services.
We do not undertake a general obligation to inspect all Customer content.
Where a violation of these Terms is identified, we may take appropriate action, including:
- Contacting the Customer and requesting corrective action.
- Applying temporary resource restrictions.
- Disabling affected scripts or services.
- Quarantining malicious files.
- Suspending the affected account.
- Terminating services for serious or repeated violations.
Actions will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the issue, except where immediate intervention is reasonably necessary.
Suspected abuse may be reported to info@easytravelhosting.com.
24. Data Protection and Data Processing Agreement
24.1 Scope and Application
This Section 24, including its Annexes, constitutes the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) between Easy Travel Hosting and the Customer where Easy Travel Hosting processes personal data on behalf of the Customer in connection with hosting or related services.
This DPA forms an integral and binding part of these Terms and Conditions and applies for the duration of the relevant Services without requiring a separate signature, provided that the Terms and Conditions have been validly accepted.
For the purposes of this DPA:
- Customer means the entity or individual determining the purposes and means of processing Customer Personal Data, acting as Data Controller, or acting as a Data Processor on behalf of another controller.
- Easy Travel Hosting acts as Data Processor or, where applicable, Sub-processor in respect of Customer Personal Data.
- Customer Personal Data means personal data processed by Easy Travel Hosting on behalf of the Customer through the Services.
- Applicable Data Protection Law means the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.
This DPA does not govern personal data that Easy Travel Hosting processes independently as a Data Controller for account administration, billing, fraud prevention or its own business operations. Such processing is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
24.2 Description of Processing
The subject matter, duration, nature, purpose, categories of personal data and categories of data subjects are described in Annex A.
Processing takes place for the duration of the relevant Services and any applicable data return, deletion or legally required retention period.
24.3 Customer Responsibilities and Instructions
The Customer determines the purposes and lawful basis for processing Customer Personal Data and is responsible for complying with applicable data protection obligations.
The Customer is responsible for:
- Providing appropriate privacy information to data subjects.
- Establishing an appropriate lawful basis for processing.
- Obtaining consent where legally required.
- Responding to data subject requests.
- Ensuring that personal data uploaded to the Services is collected and processed lawfully.
- Providing lawful and documented processing instructions.
- Determining whether the Services are appropriate for the categories of data being processed.
The Customer instructs Easy Travel Hosting to process Customer Personal Data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, back up and terminate the Services in accordance with the agreement.
Additional documented instructions may be provided in writing, including by email or support ticket, provided that they are lawful, technically feasible and within the scope of the Services.
24.4 Processing on Documented Instructions
Easy Travel Hosting shall process Customer Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Customer, including in relation to international transfers, unless processing is required by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires processing outside the Customer’s instructions, Easy Travel Hosting shall inform the Customer before such processing unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Easy Travel Hosting shall promptly inform the Customer if, in its opinion, an instruction infringes applicable data protection legislation.
Easy Travel Hosting shall not use Customer Personal Data for its own unrelated commercial purposes.
24.5 Confidentiality
Easy Travel Hosting shall ensure that persons authorised to process Customer Personal Data are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, whether contractual or statutory.
Access to Customer Personal Data shall be limited to persons who reasonably require it to provide, maintain, secure or support the Services.
Confidentiality obligations shall continue after access to the relevant data has ended.
24.6 Security Measures
Easy Travel Hosting shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect Customer Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access.
The measures shall take account of the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, the risks to individuals and the state of the art and costs of implementation.
Relevant security measures are described in Annex B.
Easy Travel Hosting may update its security measures provided that the overall level of protection is not materially reduced.
The Customer acknowledges that the security of hosted applications also depends on the Customer’s own configuration, access controls, software maintenance and data management practices.
24.7 Sub-processors
The Customer grants Easy Travel Hosting general written authorisation to engage sub-processors for the purpose of delivering the Services.
The sub-processors currently identified for the relevant hosting arrangements are listed in Annex C.
Easy Travel Hosting shall ensure that any sub-processor engaged to process Customer Personal Data is subject to a written agreement imposing data protection obligations providing an equivalent level of protection to those required by Article 28 of the applicable GDPR.
Easy Travel Hosting shall remain responsible to the Customer for the performance of its sub-processors’ data protection obligations as required by applicable law.
Easy Travel Hosting shall inform the Customer of intended additions or replacements of sub-processors in advance, providing a reasonable opportunity to object on legitimate data protection grounds.
The Customer may raise an objection by contacting info@easytravelhosting.com.
Where a legitimate objection cannot reasonably be resolved, the parties shall discuss appropriate alternatives, including termination of the affected Service where necessary.
24.8 International Data Transfers
Customer Personal Data may be processed in the United Kingdom and, where necessary for the Services, in other countries through authorised sub-processors or support arrangements.
Easy Travel Hosting shall ensure that any restricted international transfer for which it is responsible complies with applicable data protection legislation.
Where required, appropriate safeguards shall be implemented, including an applicable adequacy decision or regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
Where legally required, the relevant transfer risk assessment shall also be completed.
This DPA does not itself replace any mandatory international transfer clauses that must be executed for a particular transfer.
24.9 Assistance with Data Subject Rights
Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to it, Easy Travel Hosting shall assist the Customer, through appropriate technical and organisational measures insofar as possible, in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection legislation.
Where Easy Travel Hosting receives a request directly concerning Customer Personal Data, it shall, where legally permitted, refer the requester to the Customer or notify the Customer without undue delay.
Easy Travel Hosting shall not independently determine the outcome of a request that falls within the Customer’s responsibilities as Data Controller, unless required by law.
24.10 Personal Data Breaches
Easy Travel Hosting shall notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Personal Data.
The notification shall include available information reasonably necessary to assist the Customer in assessing the breach, including its nature, known or reasonably estimated impact and measures taken or proposed.
Where complete information is not immediately available, further information may be provided in stages without undue further delay.
Easy Travel Hosting shall reasonably cooperate with the Customer in investigating and responding to the incident.
The Customer remains responsible for determining whether notification to a supervisory authority or affected individuals is required, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
24.11 Assistance with Compliance Obligations
Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available, Easy Travel Hosting shall reasonably assist the Customer in meeting its obligations concerning:
- Security of processing.
- Personal data breach assessment and notification.
- Data protection impact assessments.
- Prior consultation with supervisory authorities where required.
Requests for assistance beyond the standard scope of the Services may be subject to reasonable, previously communicated charges, provided that this does not restrict obligations that must be fulfilled under applicable law.
24.12 Return and Deletion of Customer Personal Data
Upon termination of the relevant Services, Easy Travel Hosting shall, at the Customer’s choice, return or delete Customer Personal Data processed on the Customer’s behalf, unless applicable law requires continued storage.
Customers may ordinarily retrieve or export their hosted data before service termination using the available account tools or by arranging an appropriate data export.
Where the Customer chooses deletion, or does not request return of data before termination after being given a reasonable opportunity to do so, Easy Travel Hosting shall securely delete the relevant production data in accordance with its deletion procedures.
Existing copies shall also be deleted unless applicable law requires their retention.
Residual backup copies may remain temporarily within protected backup systems where immediate selective deletion is not technically feasible. Such copies shall be protected against ordinary use, access shall be restricted and they shall be deleted through the applicable backup retention cycle.
The intended maximum retention period for backup copies of terminated hosting accounts is 30 days, subject to confirmation of the applicable infrastructure arrangements and any legally required exceptions.
Personal data processed independently by Easy Travel Hosting as a Data Controller, including accounting and customer administration records, is governed by the separate retention provisions in our Privacy Policy.
24.13 Demonstrating Compliance and Audits
Easy Travel Hosting shall make available to the Customer the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations under Article 28 of the applicable GDPR.
Easy Travel Hosting shall allow for and contribute to audits and inspections conducted by the Customer or an auditor mandated by the Customer, in accordance with applicable law.
The parties shall cooperate in arranging audits in a manner that reasonably protects security, confidentiality, other customers’ information and service continuity.
Where appropriate, relevant documentation, policies, independent reports or other evidence may be provided to support the audit process.
These arrangements shall not prevent the Customer from exercising audit rights required by applicable law.
24.14 Duration and Priority
This DPA applies from the date on which the relevant Terms and Conditions become binding and remains in effect for as long as Easy Travel Hosting processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of the Customer.
Where there is a conflict between this DPA and another provision of these Terms concerning the processing of Customer Personal Data, this DPA shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
Nothing in this DPA excludes or limits obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable data protection legislation.
24.15 Separate DPA Requests
Customers who require a separate copy of this DPA, or who need to discuss additional data processing requirements, may contact:
A separately executed DPA may be agreed where appropriate. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, this integrated DPA remains applicable.

Material changes shall be communicated to affected Customers with an opportunity to object on legitimate data protection grounds.
This list covers the identified hosting infrastructure chain. Additional providers that actually process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Easy Travel Hosting must be assessed and added where applicable.
25. Intellectual Property

Customers grant Easy Travel Hosting the limited permissions necessary to store, host, transmit, back up and otherwise process their content for the purpose of delivering the purchased services.
Customers must ensure that they have the rights necessary to use and distribute their content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Customer content to Easy Travel Hosting.
26. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides mandatory consumer protection rights.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing services at a distance may have statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day cancellation period, subject to relevant legal conditions and exceptions.
Where a consumer expressly requests that services begin during a statutory cancellation period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for services already supplied.
Any loss of a statutory cancellation right requires the applicable legal conditions to be satisfied.
Customers retain their statutory remedies where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Any contractual refund restrictions, domain renewal conditions or payment processing fee deductions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
27. Limitation of Liability
27.1 Liability That Cannot Be Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
27.2 Foreseeable Losses
Subject to the limitations set out below, Easy Travel Hosting is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of its breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
27.3 Business Customers
Where the Customer uses the Services for business, professional or commercial purposes, Easy Travel Hosting shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings or loss of business opportunities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for losses caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
27.5 Financial Limitation of Liability
For Customers acting in the course of a business, profession or trade, and subject to Section 27.1 and applicable law, Easy Travel Hosting’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the affected Service shall not exceed twice the total fees paid by the Customer for that Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies to the aggregate of all claims arising from the same event or series of related events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in legislation, security requirements, technology, infrastructure or business operations.
Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated in advance where required by law or contract.
Where applicable law gives a Customer the right to reject a change or terminate an agreement, that right will be respected.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued statutory rights.
The current version of these Terms will be published on our website.

Customers may submit complaints or contractual enquiries to info@easytravelhosting.com.
We will review complaints and seek to resolve them fairly and within a reasonable period.
