I often combine travel with food because it is another of my passions, which I also talk about on my blog. I'm from Emilia, so cooking is important to me. In my house we still stop at the table for lunch and dinner and I have always liked cooking, a passion certainly passed down from my mother.

When I travel I really like tasting dishes I don't know, I'm curious about this too, I like experimenting with new tastes. Abroad, however, I also like to research the dishes and flavors of our tradition and "test" restaurants that offer it, to be able to recommend the ones that most impress me and which are most faithful to our land.
