For me, food has always been a source of pleasure and conviviality in preparing food
It is a way to look after the people you love, to share an experience, to enrich yourself, especially when it comes to new, different, unusual dishes.
I READ THAT YOU LOVE BEER. IN THIS LATEST PERIOD, MANY CRAFT BREWERES ARE OPENING: DO YOU LIKE EXPERIMENTING NEW FLAVORS OR ARE YOU MORE FOR A TRADITIONAL BEER?
I really like beer and for a few years I have been interested, together with my husband, in the world of beers from craft breweries.
There are certainly many craft breweries in Italy, although it must be said that the valid ones are certainly not all of them.
I don't have a favorite beer style and like many passionate drinkers I change my reference style from time to time.
At the moment I'm very attracted to Gose and Lambic; usually when the temperature drops I switch to stouts and porters.
In general, however, I make it a rule to taste every beer I come across to enrich my knowledge.
WHAT CONNECTION IS THERE BETWEEN YOUR COOKING AND YOUR LOVE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
When I opened the blog I had no idea how to take decent photos and I often used photos taken from the web or taken with my phone (at the time phones didn't have great photographic capacity). Over time I decided to evolve because I believe that a site that deals with cooking cannot ignore photos that stimulate the desire to eat.
However, I am not a huge photography enthusiast in a general sense.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO MAKE YOUR LIFE GREENER?
To spice up my life a little’ more sustainable I put a lot of effort into separate waste collection, which luckily where I live is very well followed.
I also try to buy mainly local products from farmers and breeders in my area and use the car as little as possible.
