HI! First of all, thank you for the interview, I am deeply honored and I ask forgiveness if I made you wait a while but I was overwhelmed by the commitments and unexpected events of this incredible historical period that we are experiencing.

I have always been drawing and painting, ever since I started to have a memory 😀 I failed in high school but then I recovered at the Academy of Fine Arts where I found my path by studying Painting first and then specializing in Graphic Design. These two characterizations come together and mix to create my works of art, my paintings. I love to paint with bright and contrasting colours, I love that you can see the brushstrokes and the thickness of the color to give body and materiality to the painting and, despite not having a fixed genre, I deeply adore the oriental world so I often find myself painting Geisha women, Pagodas and kimonos.

My blog was born many years ago now, this year it turns 10! At the time it was born as an outlet because initially I offered my works on the marketplaces but then I realized that I had been plagiarized, especially in the works depicting my childhood idols such as Lupine III, so I decided to have something all of my own, which represented me and which narrated who I am and could give the right light to my works, to my work and also to my artistic growth 🙂 www.azzumail.com it's all this!
