This policy exists to clearly define the limits of use of the resources of our plans and to outline also the contents that we do not allow for our servers.
Database
- Account should not exceed an average of 1 second of time of use of the CPU for Query, For MySQL query performed in a certain hour.
- It is not possible to access the databases from sites hosted externally, except for database administration purposes.
- The databases within an account must be actively used by this account and cannot be used for historical storage purposes.
- The predefined simultaneous MySQL connection limit is 30. This can be increased, case by case, If your plan allows multiple simultaneous connections, after verification by our system administrative team. It may be possible to reduce the number of simultaneous connections required by the site or application using the cache of the page or database.
- Annexes of larger to 25 MB must not be sent by e -mail.

- Output emails should not be sent to more than 50 recipients at the same time.

Backups, Archives and FTP space
Hosting accounts must be used for the websites hosting purposes: They must not be used to make the backup of remote computers content, as a generic file storage system or as a FTP loading archive. Basket
Cpanel manages a 'trash' that allows you to restore the files that have been deleted from the CPANEL file manager or recover the emails that have been added to an IMAP basket. The files and e-mails of the basket will be counted for the total use of disk space. The baskets can be emptied manually by customers, But it is important to note that the trashed content will be automatically eliminated once they have been in the basket for 30 days.

We do not allow the hosting of chat software in real time from your hosting account. Third -party chat solutions are allowed to integrate with your website but are hosted remotely.
Web App
All third -party web applications installed must be updated. The impossibility of keeping third -party applications updated leaves them open to vulnerability, which can lead to the exploitation of the server. It is your responsibility to regularly check the presence of updates to applications: We advise you to do it once a month. All applications that are actively exploited will be automatically contested and we will contact you to warn you of the situation. General
