Travels Run dreams
The travels of Lara and Davide
Today we chat with Lara and Davide, Blog authors Travels Run dreams which arises from their passions in common, or travel, the race and obviously dreams!
Welcome yes Easy Travel hosting! Due cuori on the road, between nature, sports and authentic experiences. You can talk about your blog and your travel style?
The blog was born precisely from the union of our two main passions: the journey and the race, They are two distant but close worlds because in reality we sometimes choose a marathon in a city precisely because we have never seen it, So we combine the profit with the delightful.
Then of course there are all the other trips that we do regardless of the races but in which we always bring our running shoes because you discover paths that you would not find with the bus
We are travelers backpack on the shoulder, We like to travel slowly, with buses and trains, trying to see as much as possible of the place we visit, In addition to always looking for contact with the locals because they are experiences that remain in your heart.
Finally we privilege the guest house at the resorts because we love a more home and intimate atmosphere

We saw that you traveled to Malaysia, a destination not among the most common. You can tell us about this trip?
A trip to Malaysia is definitely a trip on the road, where we took internal flights, buses and ferries, In addition to making long daily walks to see as much as possible in each stage.
We pass from a Kuala Lumpur full of contradictions between modernity and typical neighborhoods, To then visit a George Town where you find all the true flavor of the Asian atmosphere.
You can then refresh yourself in the green tea plantations of The in Cameron Highlands and then relax in a crystal clear sea, between sand of a dazzling white, and areas of jungle very dense to the Perhentian islands.
Let's say it's a journey between nature, Paradisiac islands, millenary traditions but also modernity. It is a country not very beaten by mass tourism, but capable of leaving speechless.

On your trip to London you visited an area that is often not touched by tourist itineraries, but which is well known by the most alternative Londoners. We are in the East London, You can talk about your experience in this area?
We will say it was a wonderful experience. An area of London not to be missed, lively, colorful and full of creative energy.
Thinking colors that contrast the typical London brick buildings, that you are practically catapulted into another world with your eyes always aimed at the top in search of street art works.
You are practically wrapped in the bright colors of some streets and the scent of Indian spices of the various food markets found in this neighborhood.

What do you do to make your travels ecological?
First of all, we always bring our bottles with us, So as not to buy plastic bottles in the places we visit, where especially in Asia waste is a big problem.
We always tend to walk or take above all buses and trains, Unfortunately except for the main flight that we know does not positively affect the zero impact.
We always eat in traditional places avoiding large chains, In addition to sleeping in local accommodation at the expense of the mass tourism resorts.
Also especially in the last year, that we remained in Italy, We try to choose eco-friendly accommodation, who adopt plastic-free policies or that are supplied with zero km products. Among other things, these accommodations are usually in unique places completely in the middle of nature, And therefore it is also a better awakening for us since the morning.
