THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS INTERVIEW! COULD YOU TELL US ABOUT YOU AND HOW YOUR SITE WAS BORN?

I started working as a promoter for tourism in Albania in 2015. These last five years have served more than anything else to get to know the area and a sector that I didn't know well.
In the 2019 the project was born “Travel Maker” for a new digital platform entirely dedicated to travel and holidays and my website has transformed from “showcase site” in which I exposed my travel proposals and talked about my experiences in the Balkans (in the Blog) to a site “institutional” in which my company presents its branches.

E’ therefore the need arose to create a site entirely dedicated to my work as a promoter and tour operator in Albania. This is why I decided to start everything from scratch and open the site “Holidays in Albania”.

ALBANIA IS A WONDERFUL LAND, BUT WHY DID YOU CHOOSE EXACTLY THAT?

In the 2015 I was looking for opportunities outside Italy. I evaluated places as far away as New Zealand, Australia and Brazil. Then a simple Google search took me to Albania and my first “exploratory trip”. You receive them 15 days spent in Albania immediately convinced me of the enormous potential that the tourism sector represents in this region and I immediately decided to establish the headquarters of my new company in Tirana.

WHAT IS THE MOST MAGICAL PLACE YOU HAVE FOUND IN ALBANIA?

In Albania, magic is around every corner. The country is mostly unexplored and in much of the territory nature still reigns supreme. In my travels I am always looking for places where people can reconnect with our planet.
Without a doubt my favorite place is the source of the Shales River in Northern Albania. A place that is difficult to reach but which offers unique emotions to those who venture up there. One of the videos with the most views on my channel is precisely the one that tells of my first trip on what I have defined “paradiso”.

What do you do to make your life more ecological?

I turn off the tap while brushing my teeth, while I lather up in the shower and while I shave. I don't use disposables, I don't leave my waste lying around (which I try to minimize) and I hate air conditioning. On the other hand, however, I go around on a motorbike... don't tell Greta!
