The article that struck us immediately was that of Sicily in 500! You could tell us here?

I make a premise: I'm Sicilian, I love my island and in the garage I have an ancient five hundred red color better known to most as "Donald Duck".
Sicily in 500 It is a project born from the merger, ambitious, of these three ingredients. The basic idea was to be able to show the views (It is no coincidence that my blog is called "world views") of my land through an original perspective.

And so, Thanks also to the collaboration of several local clubs in Fiat 500, My adventure started. I made ten stages following an itinerary that touched Messina, Catania, Syracuse, Ragusa, Trapani and Palermo. It was a wonderful experience that allowed me to live the most beautiful and most loved places on the island "slowly".

I would like to be able to make a second edition, And who knows ...

Tell us about your love for Northern Europe!

Northern Europe enters your heart and does not abandon you anymore. In winter it shows you its coldest views, bianchi, excited, magical.
It surprises you with the magic of Lapland, He makes you come back to the girl with the hug to the true Santa Claus, It makes you tear with that emerald green of her northern light.

And then in the summer you make you rejoice in the colors of Copenhagen, It leaves you breathless with the beauty of Stockholm, It makes you breathe with full lungs a green and unspoiled nature. How you can not love her?

After which journey you decided to open a blog?

It was not a particular journey that made me decision to open a blog, but an internal need.
I needed to write about beautiful things, io, that for years I had only dealt with black and judicial news for an online newspaper in my city (Yes, I am a professional journalist).

One morning I opened my eyes and said to myself: "It just is, If I continue to write only about bad things, I die inside ".

And so I opened the blog. It was my breath of oxygen, my foothold, The salvation of my writing and my smile. Slowly it became my life.

What do you do to make your travels more ecological?

I am a convinced supporter of eco -sustainable tourism and endless.
Those who travel must do it consciously e, above all, He must not believe he can set foot in foreign land as if he were his, upset the habitats, despise the cultures it does not know, believe you can do a bit like it seems just because he paid to be there.

Traveling means opening the mind, respect places, safeguard biodiversity, integrate with the other. When I'm traveling I always try to be a responsible observer, Of distance myself from the usual mass itineraries To immerse myself in uncontaminated places.

I prefer walks and trekking, at most public transport. I try to use eco -sustainable materials, eliminating plastic and derivatives. Provo, in my little one, to make a contribution to safeguard the world and the natural beauty that surround us.
It is my way of saying thanks to this wonderful land. We should all do it.
