After which journey you decided to open a blog?

To tell the truth, the decision to open the blog was not born following a particular trip, but rather to a sudden decision taken during the Christmas holidays in 2015. I realized that I liked writing and that I wanted to share stories of normal everyday life with other people. Only the following year did it turn into travel blog, aware of the fact that we traveled a lot and that we could help many travelers to better organize their holidays and trips. If we had to choose one that triggered it all, we would choose our on-the-road in Scotland.

SINCE YOU ARE A COFFEE ADDICT, HOW DO YOU FEEL WITH COFFEE ABROAD?

We have noticed a certain evolution (positively) over time. Se 10 years ago we even preferred to do without coffee as the quality was often poor (resulting in withdrawal symptoms), today we must admit that it is decidedly easier to find good coffee around the world.
We never give up trying local coffee and we have transformed this passion of ours into a sort of competition: we have drawn up a personal ranking and every time we try a new coffee we change it.
Our current life is an exception expat in Andalusia: we found a place for the mocha and a few packets of coffee in the suitcase (that it's okay to try local coffees but ours can't be beat!).

WE SAW THAT YOU HAD THE DNA TEST! YOU CAN TELL US ABOUT THE RESULTS AND HOW YOU REACTED?

Taking the DNA test was quite fun and the results were surprising! I don't hide that from myself (Erica) I would have liked to discover some links with Anglo-Saxon countries, instead the Greek component had the upper hand (although I have no idea why). Fabio, on the contrary, It has a strong Italian component, which didn't surprise him at all. What intrigued us most was finding information on the various ones “strains” detected and interrogated, in perfect FBI style, our respective families to discover any hidden altars…

What do you do to make your travels more ecological?

Although it is inevitable to pollute when traveling, let's look – in our little one – to cause the least possible impact: the use of plastic is also reduced to a minimum thanks to the use of water bottles, water purifiers and organizer for reusable suitcases; we prefer, whenever possible, structures eco-friendly and restaurants that use local products, as well as often frequenting the markets to buy directly from the producers. Let's choose, Furthermore, body care products that involve minimal packaging. The next objective is to increase the use of clothing with eco-sustainable fibres.
