I am Simona born in the warm Calabria but by now over 20 years transplanted to the fascinating Tuscany. Archaeologist for studies but with the vein of writing. From an early age the writing has become the world in which I travel and I travel travel.
Words are the glue between what I see, Use or come into contact, and who reads me. For this I call me a storyteller. I like to narrate and tell, I believe that the strength of the word inserted in a very precise context is leading to observing everything from multiple angles.
I am a very creative person and I like to surround myself with people who enrich me and that I can enrich.
My blog was born almost like a bet with a’ friend. I've always been a curious person, I always liked talking to people and so I wondered, Why not combine my curious observation towards style in general and my greatest passion that is writing?
Why not suggest, Hence the term 'the tips', A journey of interiority through exteriority, traveling on different worlds such as fashion, new tendencies or lifestyles in general?
My blog therefore explores several themes having style models as a compass.
In your blog you often talk about social media and in particular Instagram. What a relationship do you have with this app?
When I gave birth to my blog, I also created an Instagram profile and a Facebook both connected to it. I often speak of social media in my articles because it is a world that I live in a very active way.
L’ App Instagram was born as a sharing of images and photos and then over time it has evolved and like everything you have to know how to use it. I am of the idea that this app has the power to make life split of life, only if the profiles that gravitate are real.
I use the app as if it were a window on my daily world. I am myself, I do not bring masks and monster the different shades that characterize my personality. Instagram, To live it in a true way you must know it from all its different angles.
The relationship I have with this app is healthy because I know my goal, I know what's behind the Instagram world, I live this virtual world with awareness.
We have read your very interesting article about making your most hidden side emerge, more dark, through externalizations of attitudes or extroverted looks. You could talk about it and tell us how your self is related to your aesthetics?
Each of us is the spokesman for his own style but if he digs more deeply he will find others of styles that belong to him, only that sometimes they remain in the shadows, they are not visible.
Occasions, moments of life, moods are all variants that can highlight the most hidden side if you can recognize it. And it is precisely what once expressed gives us the cognition of the other obscured face.
Get to know each other through what we wear, master with our characteristics and show them, It leads nothing more than to have security and trust in us.
I have always considered my being linked to my aesthetic and it is important for me that I walk hand for the hand. I am aware that every peculiarity that belongs to me has its own aesthetic expression that manifests itself when it finds the right opportunity, without hesitation.
Do you think the world of fashion is moving in some way to try to pollute less and less and slow down the environmental degradation of the planet?
In my opinion yes. For some years now I have been noting much more commitment from fashion companies in safeguarding the environment. I found that many commercial and well -known brands have an area dedicated to clothing that have an eco -sustainability certification.
These are garments with new natural fabrics for which CO2 emissions are reduced, the use of water and resort to the use of clean energy, until the good conduct of suppliers is verified directly. So if you continue in this direction you can collect good fruits without causing damage.
