THE ART. IT IS PRESENT IN YOUR LIFE, SO MUCH THAT YOU BECOME AN ART-COUNSELOR. TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE?

Yes, art is in my life in fact. I noticed it along the way. Maybe it's because books and films have been part of my daily life since childhood.

Just before I graduated, I found myself undecided between DAMS and Psychology: I wanted to be an assistant director or a psychotherapist? In the end I opted for the first choice, but digging into the depths of the human has always fascinated me, Like this, years later, I signed up for an art-counseling course.

A cosa serve l’art-counseling? To use expressive techniques and materials to express one's emotions and become aware of them: let it be clay, he collage, painting, the theatre, it doesn't matter: every art form helps to bring out sides of oneself that have remained unexplored for a long time. This journey was a blast for me, because it gave me a way to express myself, to get to know me better.

TOURISM IN CINEMA PLACES, BEAUTIFUL! WHAT WERE YOUR TRIPS "CINEMATIC" FAVORITES?

The first one that comes to mind is the one in San Francisco. I retraced the footsteps of Mrs. Doubtfire, by Blue Jasmine, by Meg Ryan in Amarsi and also by Inside Out!

Lately I've been riding around Rimini by bicycle, in search of Fellini's places (only to discover that most of the films were shot in Rome).

But there are many trips to connect to the films that I have loved so much in life. One certainly left a particular impression on me: The Light over the Oceans, set between Australia and New Zealand, on a remote island. Ecco, I would jump in immediately!

LITERATURE ALSO HAS A BIG INFLUENCE ON YOUR TRAVELS. YOU TALK ABOUT A TRIP TO CORNWALL WHICH GAVE RISE TO A SECTION OF YOUR BLOG. YOU CAN TALK ABOUT IT?

Often, after reading a book, I want to know the places described there. Effectively, It was while reading Virginia Woolf that I began to think of Cornwall as a possible destination. And in fact I wasn't wrong at all: it is a splendid region! On the contrary, for the occasion I slept in a hotel that I discovered only after having inspired the writer Daphne Du Maurier: upon my return, I bought The House on the Estuary. A way to connect the passions of my life.

What do you do to make your travels more ecological?

I have never thrown a paper on the ground in my life. My behavior, basically, it is eco-friendly, but I'm not one of those travelers who only sleep in eco-sustainable resorts or who avoid flying (Alas). Nature is at the center of my interest and I try to respect it every day, regardless of travel. The good habits I have at home, you can be sure of it, they leave with me.
