The vague of weeps the margles
"For us traveling is like breathing: necessary. We will never be able to live knowing that we cannot dedicate time to some travel, Even just for a short weekend escape." Doovesiba tells us about the journeys of Samu and Marghe.

IT'S EASY TO UNDERSTAND, READING YOUR BLOG, THAT YOU ARE IN LOVE WITH YOUR TRAVELS. WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST TRIP TOGETHER?
The first mini-trip together was to the capital of Humanism, the beautiful Florence. We still lived at a distance and, like two magnets, we met halfway to spend our first S together. Valentino. It was our real test, since we didn't yet know each other as "travellers", so we had the opportunity to align the two different ways of travelling, build itineraries, choose routes. It was a weekend that gave us so much in terms of landscapes and romantic moments and we always remember it with tenderness.

YOU FEEL LIKE A TOURIST OR TRAVELER?
We absolutely feel like travellers. We strongly believe that, if you want to savor a place to the fullest, you have to look at it with the eyes of someone who lives it every day. This can only be done if you have a clear mind, without comparison (positively or negatively) with "home" places, since this would be an exercise as an end in itself. The traveler does not “come from”, but “it goes towards”, he is grateful for every place he lives, why that, even if for a day, an hour or a meal, it was his home.. and where, inevitably, he left us a little piece of our heart.

HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN A TRIP THAT PROVED TO BE A DISASTER?
We can say that we "started" a journey in the worst way: Croatia, estate 2017. We leave almost without cash, strong in the fact that, just arriving, we would have withdrawn at an atm. Well, we discovered on the first day that the Marghe card was not accepted at all in the country, while Samu's had a very low daily withdrawal limit. In other situations, this would not have been a problem, but we were worried because we had to pay many expenses in cash. Moral of the story: we managed to find a compromise between POS payments and withdrawals and the journey went smoothly until the end. Now though, in the organizational phase, we inform ourselves in detail, also through the banks, how payments and withdrawals should be made!

What do you do to make your travels more ecological?
Let's say that, as well as traveling greener, now we also try to live more responsibly. We started, trivially, to use the water bottle to fill in drinking water fountains during travel, avoiding buying plastic bottles as much as possible. Ora, little by little, we have purchased products that have significantly reduced the amount of non-recyclable waste: to give some examples, we have personal and reusable ear buds, washable cotton make-up remover pads and bamboo toothbrushes.
Obviously, wherever we go we find out about the practices by which waste is disposed of.
By changing a few small habits, we can improve the quality of life and help nature!
