WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO HOST YOU ON EASY TRAVEL HOSTING! THE TITLE OF YOUR SITE IMPRESSED US VERY MUCH, BRAIN AND HEART. WHY THIS NAME?

My motto at the beginning was “designed with the mind and made with the heart”. In English then it was more “musical” and it reminded me “BraveHeart” and therefore I chose my first domain instinctively.
Bad choice, I wouldn't do it again and I don't recommend doing it. After 5 years I opened “Holidays in Albania” a less instinctive and more reasoned choice developed after reading dozens of manuals on SEO.
“Brain and Heart” but in the meantime it has become a “brand” (despite it all) and I will keep the name (and dominion) for my institutional website where I will describe all the activities that, in the meantime, they were added to my initial project.

YOU SPECIALIZE IN ORGANIZING TRIPS TO THE BALKANS AREA, Why this choice?

Our head office is in Tirana, in the center of Albania. The Balkan area has just returned from a period of dictatorship and war. The tourism potential combined with the proximity to Europe and the affordability make this area the most promising tourist area of the next decade.

We are here because we want to contribute to the growth of this sector, to the rebirth of these countries and the rediscovery of a world that for too long has remained closed by absurd political ideas.

LET US DREAM, TELL US ABOUT THE FOOD OF THE BALKAN AREA!

Italian gastronomy and the enormous variety of typical products that exist in Italy are unparalleled.
Noi conosciamo solo il frutto ma in Albania anche le foglie (quelle primaverili) vengono raccolte (even to the detriment of fruit production) to make one of the most delicious dishes in which they are used to wrap the rice, meat and cheeses. Even if the products are many fewer than ours and the cuisine is very poor, no one ever leaves an Albanian table dissatisfied!

What do you do to make your life more ecological?

One of the first things I did when I started promoting tourism in Albania was to explore the coasts by sailing boat.
So I started promoting sailing cruises. Then bike trips and finally trekking. I always participate in my tours in person and I like to organize trips where the travel is eco-sustainable.
Unfortunately, however, another specialty of mine is motorbike travel and riding around on large motorbikes burns petrol and CO2. We try to avoid waste, not to get dirty and to behave well.

When I reach remote locations, In the middle of the woods or in the mountains I always carry rubbish bags with me. I start collecting waste and, Unfortunately, I almost always fill them all up.
I like to think that where I pass the world is cleaner and that my passage is marked by cleanliness and not by waste abandoned in nature.
