Ciao e benvenute su Easy Travel Hosting! Eleonora e Ilaria, fondatrici di "Reizia bio skincare", linea cosmetica olistica. Ci parlereste di come vi siete incontrate e di come è iniziato questo progetto?
We were schoolmates in high school, then we took different paths but we still always remained in contact and when Ilaria, who lived abroad, returned to Italy for the holidays we never missed the opportunity to meet up and spend time together.
When Ilaria returned to live in Italy in 2020 we thought of combining our passions: natural and organic products for Eleonora and spiritual growth for Ilaria.
The origin of the name Reizia and the concept behind your project is very profound and touches every woman deeply. Could you tell us about it?
Reitia was the Great Mother, the Goddess of the Alps and the Triveneto before the advent of patriarchy, in the times when the divinity was a woman and was in everything.
Reitia therefore represents the two pillars of our company, the divine feminine and alpine nature. In the times when the Great Mother was venerated, people lived in harmony with nature and followed its cycles. The natural cycle of the seasons, involving the death and rebirth of the seed, taught humans to live in a continuous cycle of death and rebirth of themselves, and to appreciate the gift of wisdom at the end of each cycle.
I find the concept of ritual during the use of cosmetics very interesting, as a means of giving yourself time and space for meditation. Where did this idea come from and could you give us some examples of these mini-meditations?
The idea was born immediately at the beginning of the project also because Ilaria has studied these themes in great depth and has the spiritual growth of women at heart.
Here is an example of a mini-meditation, found on the anti-aging eye contour serum.
“I pass the lifeblood, a gift from Mother Earth, around my eyes and I see the gaze of a Goddess: radiant, feminine, magnetic, sensual. I don't have to do anything, I give myself permission to just be.”
We used words with an emotional charge that manage to bring the woman into a state of awareness and presence with herself, a state of gratitude and connection to her spirit that derive from her being and not from doing.
It is clear that there is a huge ferment in small female entrepreneurs, but the road to starting your own business is certainly not easy. What advice would you give to women who want to start their own business?
It is absolutely not easy also because there is no support from the institutions. We were not even entitled to the incentives that have been present for years for female entrepreneurs throughout Europe, because they did not publish them during the Covid years, even though before the company was founded they told us that they would probably come out as they had always been allocated.
As advice we would say that it is essential to take training courses aimed at entrepreneurs, to have a more general vision of a company's needs and acquire the skills necessary to help it consolidate and grow.
As you know, Easy Travel Hosting uses renewable and eco-sustainable energy to power its servers. Furthermore, a tree is planted for each new hosting, actively helping reforestation and the absorption of CO2. What do you think of this project and in general, do you think it is important to seek a more sustainable lifestyle?
We think that such an initiative is very useful in raising people's awareness of these issues, also because it gives an idea of the impact that humans have on the environment.
Reizia is also very sensitive to the topic of sustainability, in line with our concept of spirituality and awareness, it is a fundamental pillar of our company therefore in our choices and actions we try to always promote harmony with Mother Earth.
Reizia wanted to adopt sustainable behaviors also by choosing sustainable recycled and recyclable packaging. Furthermore, the organic farm, associated with Reizia, from which we obtain the main raw materials that form the basis of our formulations, uses a cultivation method that only allows the use of substances present in nature, without resorting to chemistry.
It is a production model that avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources, soil, water and air.
